I love everything about this location. The manager, Taylor is very friendly, helpful and answered every question I had from booking my initial appointment to returning a call back about the ingrown serum pads I had bought. My wax specialist Maria was knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. No pain, in and out. These guys know what they are doing.

Recommended by a friend. Front desk staff is attentive and know what they are doing. The manager helped with questions and concerns after my first wax. My wax specialist was Jaz and she was a pro. Will be returning

I have been going to this location for years and always was pleased. However the past 6 months or more I have been very disappointed. They dont answer the phone. One time I decided to stop by to schedule and they said they were on break and wouldn't make an appointment for me. I was not able to make the appointment online so I went to a different salon. This has happened to many times. Today once again they didn't answer the phone it was 3:35. I stopped by and the door was lock but the receptionist saw me and opened the door and said they closed early but could check and see if they could just do my eyebrow wax. The lady in the back told her no because she already cleaned the rooms. They weren't even suppose to close until 5pm. Hopefully they can correct these staffing issues, who knows how much business they have lost by this its happened to many times to count so I finally decided to write my review.

I've been going to this location to get my eyebrows waxed for several years. Unfortunately, I decided after my last appointment to go somewhere else. Their prices keep increasing, while their quality of service has continued to decrease. They spend much less time on my brows than they used to, and I've noticed that my brows are almost fully grown in after just 2 weeks. The Richfield location is even worse. I recently tried a new salon, my brows look great, and are nowhere close to needing to be waxed after such a short time.
